You don't have to purchase my product!

Good afternoon ladies and gents. Since this is my first blog entry ever, I will keep it short and sweet until I get the hang of it.

Okay, let me start off by saying that I am an insurance agent and deal with stupid people on a daily basis, so I should really be immune to it by now. There is a particular type of customer that on the average I have to deal with at least once a day, the customer that is not a client yet but gets upset at the product they are inquiring about. Insurance is a requirement in many instances, but the good thing is that you have several options of who your provider is going to be.

So this is my issue, if you call my office inquiring about what services we can provide you and at what cost, then I give you the answer thinking that you will think about it, take it or leave it, there is no bargaining. Why is it that there are some people that want to get upset at services that we don't offer or the price of the ones that we do? If we don't have the policy or you don't want the policy at the price we can offer it at, move on people, there are other companies that are better suited for your needs. I am not holding a gun to your head, so please stop wasting my time with your complaining that is not going to change the outcome!
